Take a chicken breast, weighing approximately ⅔ lb., and slice it into ½-inch pieces. Coat the chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Next, incorporate 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan, ¼ teaspoon of Italian seasoning, ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper. Mix thoroughly until the chicken is evenly covered in the cheese and spices.

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Once heated, drizzle another tablespoon of olive oil and spread it across the surface. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook until it turns golden brown and is thoroughly cooked (approximately 5 minutes). If necessary, pour a few tablespoons of water to loosen the chicken before flipping it to brown on the other side. The water will swiftly evaporate, enabling the chicken to brown again.

While you get the rest of the ingredients ready, let the chicken cool. Wash, drain, and chop 2 cups of Romaine lettuce. Halve ½ cup of cherry tomatoes. In a bowl, mix together the lettuce, tomatoes, ½ cup of Parmesan cheese, the cooled chicken, and ⅓ cup of Caesar dressing. Toss everything together until evenly combined.

In a small skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Stir in ¼ cup of panko breadcrumbs, ¼ teaspoon of Italian seasoning, ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper. Continuously stir until the butter is melted and the breadcrumbs are lightly toasted. Transfer the buttered breadcrumbs to the bowl along with the remaining ingredients.

Mix the filling once more until it is evenly distributed.

In order to make the tortillas more flexible and easier to work with, stack them up and heat in the microwave for approximately 15 seconds. Then, distribute the salad mix evenly among four large tortillas (two are shown in the picture).

Begin by folding the bottom side of the chicken Caesar wraps upwards and over the filling. Proceed to fold in both sides to seal the ends, then proceed to roll up the wrap over the folded sides until it resembles a burrito.

To ensure the wrap stays closed, you can either insert a toothpick or tightly wrap it with plastic wrap or waxed paper. For the ultimate crispy experience, consume it within a few hours.
